We Needs your help!

We are looking for a new home for UrbanVibe. With the new bylaw changes in Calgary, finding our new home has become a lot harder than we ever expected.

Contest

If we find a new home as a result of you, or your contacts, or even you just forwarding this on for us you will receive : session gift certificate including one of our award winning coffee table books and prints a value of $1102.45 (completely transferable)
Being artisans, and at the same time wanting to increase are community involvement, we need a place that is priced extremely reasonably, we are willing to do all renovations inside and out even landscaping and neighborhood clean ups if needed.We would even be able to offer building superintendent duties.

Space requirements

Minimum square footage 500sq. ft. Maximum square footage? (Depending on price) Higher than 8 ft. ceilings (if possible)Minimum amount of stairs to climb
Long term lease (if possible)
Willing to share with established business or find a space with a new business to share with.

If you have been thinking of starting that new business or just need that artist space we might be able to find something we can share together.
